Track & Field Athletics
The club competes in the Forth Valley League.  This is a friendly Track & Field league for junior members of many of the local clubs in East Central Scotland. 

The age groups ar U11, U13, U15, boys and girls. The age is taken as at 31 Aug in the summer of competion. It is usually held over three Thursday evenings in April, May and June and one Saturday in early August.

Club Mini Championship nights
During the summer term we organise three mini-championship evenings. Dates for 2010 are given below.

Championships, Open Graded meetings and Open Cross-Country meetings

Anyone from the club can enter any Open Graded Meeting as an individual. During the summer there is a series of Open Graded meetings on the first Wed of ebvery month at Grangemouth Stadium.

To enter a District or National Championship you must be registered with Scottish Athletics.

 

Cross Country League 2009 /10
The East District Cross Country League is held over three weekends in the winter. Any number of runners from the club can go along and run. Venues change slightly from year-to-year, and races may be held on a Saturday or Sunday, but the basic format of the meeting is the same at all meetings. We supply vest nnumber (No. 20) and carry a supply of club vests to meetings.

1:00 pm Under 11 boys & girls approx 1,600 metres
1:15 pm Under 13 boys & girls approx 3,000 m
1:35 pm Sen, Jun, Masters Women & U17 Men approx 6,400 m
2:10 pm U 15 boys & girls and U17 women approx 4,500 m
2:30 pm Sen, Jun, Masters Men approx 10,000 m
