Not
a lot to report this month, although I was particularly pleased when running the club
handicap race to see, as I reached the canal towpath, a mass of runners completing the
course fairly close together!
There
will be a few changes to handicaps following the club race and a few new names will be on
the list, which will be on the clubs web site fairly soon after you receive the
newsletter.
Two
handicap events left for this year although it has been suggested that we might also
include one of the cross-country races later
in the autumn.

there at 9.30 to bring back some drivers who can leave cars, meeting at the M&S side
of the central entrance.
Ratho
